Blackwater and Hawley

Blackwater and Hawley Town Council was established in 1894 and covers 4,590 acres in the north eastern corner of Hampshire. It is one of the 17 Parish and Town Councils in the Hart District and incorporates Blackwater, Hawley Minley and part of the Ancells Farm Estate in Fleet. At its northern boundary it borders the Blackwater River and in the south it borders the Basingstoke Canal.
