Blackwater has a station on the Reading to Guildford line, with an hourly service (increased at peak hours but reduced on Sundays) to all stations to Wokingham and Reading and to North Camp, Guildford, Redhill and Tonbridge. There is now a direct fast service to Gatwick Airport.

The area is served by bus routes to Camberley, Reading, Basingstoke, Farnborough and Aldershot.
